Chiken diava art

this week we have been doing a chicken diva art. First we had to read the book then we sketched our own chicken  divas and then we coloured them in with pastel then we decorations on them to look really cool and crazy I think my chicken diva was crazy I named my chicken diva Nora.

Today we learnt how to  mine craft style character on goggle sheets. We created an alien. Here is my character.

Self Portrait Art

We have been learning how to sketch our facial features. We needed to put them in the right place on our face. For our background we typed our full name and learned to copy and paste down the page.

Art term 4

This term we have completed two pieces of art.

One was inspired by an artist named Kadinsky who used coloured circles in his work. We looked at the contrast between warm and cool colours and the black and white of the buildings. Our second piece was using the Maori words we have learnt and using these to create a visual picture. The words become the shape of the picture.

Some things I did well were my lines and patterns on my buildings.

One thing I could improve on is writing neatly.
